Mrs. Brennan

WELCOME TO DIVISION 7!

WELL HERE WE ARE, JUNE! THE END IS COMING TOO SOON! sad

As we have entered our last term of the school year, it is vital that we continue to follow routines in order to make this last term as full of as much learning as the first two terms. Sleep is still important and challenging at this time, with the days being brighter later, especially when the sun is shining!

Please see the important dates below as the year comes to an end!

For questions, please contact me via school phone: 604-795-7000. Or via email.

 Students

  • Remember to read a minimum of 20 minutes every night.
  • Practice your addition and subtraction facts three nights per week
  • Spelling - please practice every night
  • Remember, Mrs Brennan LOVES questions...ask away! I might have some to ask you, too!

Parents

  • Help read and practice addition and subtraction facts at home on a daily basis. As this helps your child build her/his confidence! Also, ask your child questions about the story they are reading. Examples: Predict what will happen in the story. Summarize the story. What is the Author's Big Idea of the story?
